By creating an account or using Focus Flow ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Focus Flow is operated by Focus Flow. Questions? support@gofocusflow.life
You own the goals, milestones, projects, tasks, events, notes, voice transcripts and calendar data you create with Focus Flow. We treat it as yours and claim no ownership.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely to run the service — for example, planning your day, syncing with your connected calendars, and turning voice input into tasks. When you delete content or your account, that licence ends.
Features like planning, clarification and voice capture use AI models. They are designed to assist, not to replace your judgement — review what they produce. AI output may be imperfect, and you're responsible for the work you commit to.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost time, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
You can end your agreement with us at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in that case we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
