Privacy Policy

Focus Flow ("Focus Flow", "we", "us") is a personal productivity service that turns your goals into realistic daily plans. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Account information — your email address, name, and authentication details when you create an account.
• Your work — the goals, milestones, projects, tasks, time blocks and events you create; notes and descriptions you write; meeting attendees' names and email addresses you add to events.
• Voice captures — when you use voice input, we process your speech to understand it and store the transcript and the work items extracted from it. The audio recording itself is discarded and is not kept.
• Google Calendar data — if you connect your Google Calendar, we read event details in the sync window you set, and create or update calendar events on your behalf. We never read calendars you haven't chosen, and we never change events that Focus Flow didn't create.
• Usage data — basic records of how the app is used (for example, plan history and reviews) so the product works and can improve.
• Billing information — subscription status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

• To provide the service: planning your day, tracking goals, capturing work, and showing your history.
• To sync with your connected Google Calendar and send invitations for events you create.
• To understand voice input and turn it into tasks or events.
• To manage your subscription and provide support.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to advertise to you or to anyone else.

Focus Flow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice this means Google user data is used only to provide the calendar features you asked for — reading your chosen calendars, creating Focus Flow entries in Google, and sending invitations. It is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as needed to operate the service.

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is tied to your account: you can only see your own work, and access is protected by your login. Our team can access data only where strictly necessary to operate and support the service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Deleting a goal, task or event removes it from the app. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except where we must keep a record for legal or billing reasons.

To request account deletion, email support@gofocusflow.life.

You can:

• Access and correct your information in the app itself, or by asking us.
• Export your data on request.
• Delete your account and its data.
• Disconnect Google Calendar at any time — its data stops syncing immediately.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We aim to respond to every privacy request within 30 days.

Focus Flow is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the service — cloud hosting and authentication, AI models for planning and transcription, and a payment processor. They process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
